The chef selects various high-quality ingredients and uses superb cooking skills to create the ultimate taste journey for diners. The dinner buffet offers a wide range of choices, including chilled seafood, grilled rib-eye steak, duck liver, roast crispy goose, assorted sashimi and sushi, salads, cold dishes, and a variety of hot dishes from Southeast Asia, Japan, China and Europe. In addition, there are a variety of exquisite desserts and Häagen-Dazs ice cream for you to enjoy.
The wonderful performance at the dinner buffet is not to be missed. The chef cooks a braised abalone with duck web (one serve) on the spot, and the aroma intoxicates diners; the smoked New Zealand beef tenderloin, the unique smoking technique infuses the tender beef tenderloin with a special flavor; the cherry jubilee, the aroma of wine and fruit blend together, bringing an incomparable taste enjoyment to the taste buds. Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday, the classic dessert peach melba will make a surprise appearance to add fun and surprise to your meal.
Highlights of the dinner buffet include braised abalone with duck web (one serve), baked crab stuffed with cheese & mushrooms, roast crispy goose and duck liver; the chilled seafood area features Boston lobster, Canadian crab legs, edible crab, sea whelk, mussel and cooked shrimp, bringing you the ultimate taste of the ocean. The grilled rib-eye steak exudes a charming meaty aroma, and each skewer of robatayaki is a perfect combination of heat and deliciousness. The chef cooks on-site duck liver, slipper lobster, tiger prawns, capelin, chicken teriyaki meatballs, ox tongue, chicken cartilage, pineapple and etc; the lobster and crab meat bisque and fish maw and conpoy soup have rich broth, which is nourishing and beauty-enhancing. You can also try a variety of hot dishes such as Tom Yum seafood, salt and pepper prawns, steamed scallops with vermicelli and garlic, oyster tempura, braised sliced conch with oyster sauce grilled salted mackerel, chawanmushi with lobster and seafood, steamed chicken with vegetables in supreme soup, Thai red curry duck and lychees, pan-seared sea bass fillet with lemon & fresh tomato sauce and duck leg confit. The Japanese-style series also offers fresh and sweet ark shell sashimi, fire-torched salmon sushi with tarako and snow crab sushi roll carbonara with truffle paste made to order, and warm stomach Thai boat noodles; the homemade roast crispy goose has a crispy and fluffy skin and tender meat; the baked crab stuffed with cheese & mushrooms is fragrant and will make you feast on it.
The dessert area is like a dreamlike sweet kingdom. The pastry chef has ingeniously created a series of tempting desserts including blueberry cheesecake, chocolate mousse cake, watermelon & strawberry cake, strawberry Napoleon, green tea and red bean roll, croquembouche, lemon tart, strawberry yoghurt cup, mango pudding, Portuguese egg tart, crème brûlée, apple crumble, coconut sago pudding and seasonal fruits, as well as freshly made crispy waffles paired with Häagen-Dazs ice cream.
